waffles were bought. Pork patty: minced pork (can mix with lean beef for more flavour), minced onion and garlic, salt, dried herbs, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Heat pan till screaming hot, add oil

fry till each side is seared and continue cooking over lower flame to fully cook. Careful, don't dry out the patty. before it goes into the pan, make a depression on one side with your thumb so it cooks evenly

caramelized onions: Thinly slice onion. put into medium hot pan without oil and cook till soft and colored slightly. add salt to draw out moisture and cook till soft. Add oil, cook for a while, add sugar
