IT... I haven't bothered yet because I wasn't expecting much
yeah it's legit pretty delicious. we're both kinda picky about poutines because often times the gravy is too salty and gross, but
it really was an excellent idea
ajskhfjkehrj I'M NOT SURE OUR MCDONALDS HAVE POUTINES???
AND I'M LIKE What is a poutine even herpderp
a poutine is a delicious canadian thing!! it's french fries with cheese curds and gravy
if you ever see it anywhere, get it. it is great.
i've seen many ways of modifying it by adding whatever else you like/want, but it's sooo good by default oh my goodness
Omg sotto. You poor American soul. I feel you
they pour the gravy on top of the whole thing and the cheese melts into delicious gooey chunks of questionable content-- WAIT IGNORE ME
I'll just go to Denny's and get the fully loaded hash browns
Take a pic, show you our "American poutines"
If you want to try a poutine but there is no place around you that makes them. Make fries some gravy and put some mozzarella cheese (or cheese curds if your grocery store has them) together
mmmm, that also sounds good! it's probably pretty similar
yeah, poutines are super easy to make!
Okay sotto. Still won't be better lol
...Oh man, I could've totally used turkey juices to make a super delicious gravy OTL
There's always mozza as a substitute, I guess
although I've had people from the states tell me that even offering a side of gravy with fries in restaurants is unheard of down there?
Depends on how far below the Maison-Dixie line you go. >_>
It's pretty common in diners as you go further and further South.
Waffle House in particular comes to mind.
but I wanna eat McDeets poutines with you guys ='(
Good point, I think they're from north...east-ish or something
I had no idea cheese curds were such a rarity
all the good ones are over in quebec.

booo
I love fries with gravy but that's not... a regular thing at all
Moogles: Again, depends on where you go! It's not as popular in big cities, but the burger chain
Five Guys is slowly bringing malt vinegar back as a condiment
Now that I think about it the only time I've had gravy with fries is at Ikea, dipping my fries into the meatball gravy
You poor things. Is there packaged brown gravy?
...unsure what you mean by brown gravy, but gravy of all varieties gets sold in prepackaged cans and boxes and such, yes? ='3
