had to try and calm down a pissed off customer because a courier didn't deliver his package today

talked with the courier and he said that place didn't even have any mailboxes near the street or anything

and then this customer wants it delivered tomorrow morning even though we don't deliver to winchester, tn on saturdays

and the managers had already left by the time I got in today or were off, so there was nobody I could talk to about it

just called my own manager and let him know I tried to get in touch with the other two managers for the station with no luck

one of the managers was off today and he gave me the number to the other, who had left early

called her, no answer. sent her a text explaining everything and saying the packages will be on her desk, no answer.
