Wows I only got Kaga from crafting but never on my constant 2-3 runs.

I finally have my first Submarine, Goya so how do make runs in Map 2-2 and 2-3 with subs?

Just have her run through the resource spots you can finish daily sortie quests too but it's going to dent your win/lose record since she's alone.

You gotta level her up to 20 or more so she can dodge better and able to fire pre-battle torpedoes without the need of midget sub(at level 10)

So solo run her on 2-2, and 2-3 till force retreat?

If only the game has actual involvement with others Teitoku's. Yeah just run your sub until she gets to end node or force retreat (flagship at very low HP).
