So I'm already on a healthy diet. However, next month I believe I will start with the Paleo. All the Paleo followers make it sound so yummy. I'm not sure however, where I can buy some of the stuff.

suncountry: from what I have read, it is supposed to be based on what we as primitive humans ate, or something like that.
