doesn't really *have* time for yoga, but needs to *make* time for yoga. Assuming I want to KEEP my body running.
I *need* to make time to go to the gym... Occasionally I succeed.
I need a new gym buddy. I stopped when I got really sick, and then didn't pick up again...
technically on WW but needs to get back onto that particular wagon.
