I should sleep, but I had a nap today and my sleep schedule is now messed up. If I go to bed now I won't wake up until 11-12 tomorrow. The other option is to stay up all night and reset my body clock.

that so rarely works for me. I use an alarm and nap if I need to get back on schedule
