Hand-raised is definitely the way to go. I actually got Zeke at 6 weeks and helped raise him. He's suuuper gentle. People are surprised I let him beak on my fingers, but he never bites!

If you get hurt when he's playing, or if you become upset, it just shatters his world and he has to make it better with lots of hugs and kisses. Especially if our baby cousins get upset.

I've never heard of an adult dog not acting like that unless you get a "stiff" dog (and even then, I've known awkward pugs to lean against you). Tbh it's not uncommon for dogs to act that way.

Yeah, most of our dogs act that way, he's jusy even more so then most about it. To the point that it's really noticeable.
