Thanks. This is just a routine follow up with GP, but I don't deal well with doctors so it can sometimes set off my anxiety -- Like today.\

Ughhh I hate doctors, all i can think of when I'm there is

I WANNA GO HOME I HOPE THE DOCTOR DOESN'T COME

I'm better with doctors than I am dentists or dental doctors.....

Back from Doc. New anxiety medicine is the main thing -- Hopefully it helps.

Easy to say - hard to do, but.... don't sweat it. It's a doctor. They have to look at people's bits and butts and stuff. It was probably a welcome relief from having to check Mr Halibut's haemmorhoids.

You ought to see if you can start seeing an NP....
