avalonn: Aww I'm sorry and I have a slight inkling because of my ankle but nowhere near what you most likely have. I should of said I hope the better days will be there for you quickly

Trisity: in my back i have a narrow spine and 4 buldging disks but i don't let that stop me from doing anything i just take more time and slow down everything
