Back from electrophyisoloigst. Verdict is: Surgery on March 11. Electrophsyiology study, heart ablation, mapping and possible transseptal puncture. Fun stuff.

Oh dear. Im so sorry.
The good news from the doc is that as heart surgery goes this is fairly minor. But still heart surgery, and will such because they have to deliberately induce an SVT to track down the source.
