CHIBOOOOOG! you can still burn those foods when you eat right after you exercise. but not too much pud. :-P

lami mo lang? pero mag-set ka nlng ug cheat day para dili ka mag-crave. you really need to control what you eat if you want to lose weight. it all boils down to food man gud daw ana ang pips sa gym. :-P

hahaa mao..and add the bad genes on top of that. :/ plus enviromental factors pa. family and friends na BI hahaha :-P losing weight will NEVER be easy for me.

Just enjoy the fluffiness for now, then. The good side is, you'll be cuddly and huggable! :-P and losing weight is ALWAYS never easy. kapoy kaya exercise! hahaha
