Pwede pa naman kayo mag rice; Masusuggest ko brown rice. No exag: same amount ng white rice ko dati. So kung dati 2 cups ako, yun pa rin, walang bawas - pero lagpas kalahati ang binaba ng sugar ko dun.

Dagdagan niyo lang ng tubig sa saing. For example yung 1 ng white rice, 1 and a half sa brown. Mas mahal din siya ng onti, pero IMO sulit pag dating sa returns.

I've been doing this for a month now. Eversince nung nagka gout attack ako, inayos ko na yung diet ko. Blended carrots + fruit and hardboiled egg sa umaga.

tapos i can eat rice sa lunch kasi I'll need the energy for the day pero di na ako naguulam ng baboy. Mostly seafood nalang. Tapos sa gabi rolled oats with vegies.
