if anyone has advice on getting customers to read things? Every day people write to tell me that my stocking appliers don't work. Every time the issue is the same. They have not turned on the stocking layer.
I understand that it is perhaps not intuitive to use the hud to turn on the layer on their SLink feet. I really don't mind helping people but it really seems quite neverending sometimes! There are instuctions
included with their items. And I have a pick in my profile about that particular issue but perhaps there is another way to make it more clear that I am missing?
then sadly theres bugger all else you can do, if people wont read the notecard/instructions and they dont bother checking your picks then you are doomed
RockstarrooGossipGirl: I really don't mind them asking if they do so nicely but I feel it is a shame that they have to wait for answer if I am not online. But many of them are so very rude. I am really tired
of having the same conversation where they are annoyed that it wasn't obvious what to do and in the next sentence complain about being expected to read "spammy" notecards. The less of those I have, the better!
My note cards say random things like.. "If you don't read this, spiders will eat you." Then I just apologise and say "not really" once they open the note. I've had a fair amount of success with it.
