yeah, it's still quirky but workable for what I'm doing, basically going to periodically call different values, am use to having to use two calls to llSetRot to reset the object back to zero rotation

as the clientside rotation breaks, but if I can just use one llTargetOmega of 0 periodically to "reset" things it'll be a lot more efficient
