put the drivers dick in the exhaust. that makes *lots* of noise when driving

if he's got one long enough to put it in the exhaust WHILE he's driving i think we've got other problems

or, hes also being dragged behind the car

then how you he be the driver so that you can put his dick in the exhaust?

see, my prank is so ingenoious, it even prevents driving!
