I bought something that should have had a colour change HUD with it. I didn't get the HUD, so I just want her to send it to me. It's not anything complicated.
She might just not be seeing an IM? Some stores have specific ways of getting customer service for a variety of reasons - this might not be that case though, dunno.
Have you tried both im and notecard? You could try having a trusted friend doing so as well in case she accidently muted you. Also be sure to include all relevant information like product full name as well as
Yeah, I sent a notecard with everything in it as she states on her profile. The second time I also IMed stating that I was resending in case it somehow got lost the first time.
