Ok I give up with people. I was supposed to be seeing someone at 0930am in my office. Something came up so I pasted an A4 note to my closed door saying "Sorry soandso - will have to see you at 10am now"...
The person knocked on my door to see if we were still on for 0930. THEY KNOCKED ON THE A4 PIECE OF PAPER THAT BASICALLY SAID PLEASE COME BACK AT 10AM 
And now the other guy who was supposed to be seen at 0935 just did the same thing!!! AAAARRGHH

I had to print out all the muster lists from the recently arrived helicopter, sort them into the relevant piles before putting them out around the installation - and I had a patient come to see me.
So I wasn't available to do what I had planned to do with them originally (the chopper was late and I don't have an appt book for patients - they come in whenever they need to)
