Blue Frame sanded up and broken antenna fixed. need to panel like this guy and paint him to restore him

oh its not the one with the greatsword. The previous blue frame's chin guard is notorious for breaking and easily misplaced.

My chin guard is fine....but it dropped because parents messed with it....and its now missing one of its hands. =.=;;
