I just worked with someone who was a legitimate swirling vortex of stupid. Legitimate. Like, "Oh my god how do you not know these things what are you even doing in this class."
Highlights include: "What does terminating therapy mean?" "What do they mean by exploitative relationship?" "Parasitic? I've never heard of that! You and your vocabulary."
Oh, and "What's beneficence?"
YOU ARE IN A 300-LEVEL CLASS ON COUNSELING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY HAVE HAVE BEEN FOR NEARLY 3 WEEKS NOW.
HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW THESE INCREDIBLY BASIC CONCEPTS?!
Also I'm stunned that she doesn't know what these words mean. Like, if she has a small vocabulary, that's okay (I guess), but... again. Counseling class. Three weeks. Basic concepts.
