[Tales of Xillia] So it's been a long time since I played video games, right? Mostly because most of my consoles are broken, and I've been a little busy getting ready to go to Japan and all.
But the old roommate is over, and she brought her PS3, and so we're playing Xillia together.
So far, I really like playing Elize.
But the storytelling is really disjointed?
It's probably partially because of the split perspective narratives, but yeah.
As a result, I don't really feel the urgency the characters have.
Also, there are a lot of skits.
And they usually come in droves.
Some are cute, but when they come in four at a time? It gets annoying quick.
A lot of Alvin's lines sound like horrible innuendo.
And Jude is basically the canon bicycle.

The combat system is super fun.
Man, Alvin killed that assassin fast, lol.
Just… BANG. /dead
That hostage scene. I don't think it was too effective.
