Then phone them. I did that twice this year. They tell you very sympatetically they cannot help you and you have to wait for the ticket. But in both cases, they took action really quick after the call

This happened to me last month. I called and used concierge service every hour til they fixed it. Ha ha. Took 19 days though start to finish.
