actually it was mostly frustrating because of some microsoft-inspired meeting bullying. someone who really doesn't get the idea of give and take or meeting collaboration.

and when i propose that we have some of our senior and principal devs sort of assess their skill to give them carte blanche (ish) to dev in our repo, he dick-headed up and refused to consider any of it.
