I found that quote in English Hetalia Archive. It is supposed to be a translation of what Himaruya said! I do not understand that!

According to the archive he said that more than once: "At the times Big bros Scotland and Northern Ireland and Wales come out [...]"

Maybe it's a bug?

I hope someone mistranslated that! I just found that England would be the fourth brother of the UK Brothers. But that cannot be correct. Northern Ireland cannot be older than England?!

England and Scotland did the plantations in Ireland which lead to the construction of Northern Ireland. I do not understand how that should work...

I think I adapt to "Mr. Wales" and keep calling him that from now on. Sounds like he would be important and serious! I think it suits him very well. Though I am not so sure about Mr. Cymru...?
