they got a $500 order from a school who's oven when out, so it was delaying everyone's order. My pizza was barely warm and I still had a 15 minute drive home. I was not happy at all

The woman said she would give me 2 free pizzas on the next order because of it. I appreciated that, but didn't help me today. She did offer to make them again, but I wasn't waiting another hour.

They should compensate you for their "mistake". Many pizza places will do that, either some extra for free or a free pizza next time.

lol, that's okay, they were not going to do anything about it at first. I let her know that I understood their situation, but it should have been vocalized to the customers so that they could decide to wait

She recognized my name and me from me ordering from there before, so at first she said she would give me 1 free pizza with my next order for the waiting, but when I told her the pizza was not nearly as hot as

it should be, that is when she said she would give me 2. I am glad she did that, because I was very ready to come home and complain to corporate about it.
