...question for a character who's returning after a brief visit back home: would he come back in with the comm device and stuff, or the glasses already, or have to re-get the watch/ID card/etc from City Hall?
gonna answer this here too, but he'll need to get into the city to get them back! Enjoy being communication-less for now!
