I am appalled when someone came up to me and said, "I think you choose who you speak with most of the time. You choose your friends very strictly." I said yes and he asked if I have been like this ever since.
I said yes and told him that I never spoke with anyone from another section when I was in gradeschool and hs.
He then said, "Dahil ba nasasayangan ka sa oras mo at feeling mo nonsense sila kausap?"
And all this time I thought I was the kindest and most approachable person I know.
