today was my last pain management appointment. My back is feeling better overall, but I am not supposed to do anything all day after the injection, but i had been in 3 stores, and washed dishes when i got home
then started back to laundry, since lazy kids didn't do a darn thing because "I am pregnant and feel bad" and the other "I started my period and feel horrible". So I guess that is more important than someone
who had strong medications injected into their spine.
