First off, apologies for being as long as I have been. I had a whole bunch hit me at once in life and wow, has it been a busy couple of weeks.

Lain is out of the hospital now, so I'm not going over to Evergreen every night after work to hang. However, I'm trying to spend as much time with her as possible.

Rudy's death still kind of lingers, but I'm feeling better about it.

My trip home was a disaster, but I was kind of prepared for that.

I started my new job and it's been extremely chaotic.

The job in general is much better than my old one, but it requires a lot more attention -- and a lot more time.

And as a result, I'm probably going to end up dropping StE for a few months, then picking it up again in October.

I know that I had a lot going on with a bunch of you -- and I apologize for not being able to see it through. I do want to come back and likely will later this year, but I need a break.

My other job was far less demanding and I could easily tag in between answering tickets. But this job is a lot more demanding than my last one. I don't have the free time I had in my old one.

That said, until I return from my StE hiatus, it's unlikely I'll be plurking a whole heckuvalot because Plurk is pretty much my social media account for Talking With RP Friends.
