yeah, idk if they do that across the pond but it was a fire station thing

like the local firestation was having a fund drive so they put up some road cones and stuff and were asking people in the cars

I don't think so, I've never heard of it happening at least. Normally if people want donations they ask pedestrians.

I don't mind giving money but I had to go through that intersection more than once and all the traffic was backed up and my life is BASICALLY MISERY!!!!!!
