Costigan I've just been bored with for awhile now, which is unfortunate.

Hayley just lost her boyfriend and BFF, which is a hard blow. She's still playable, for sure, but I'm kind of sick of her moping.

moping characters can be frustrating. :c maybe some kind of canon-update would help out?

She has nothing to canon update, other than re-living the same thing. Then she'd probs just be angry AND it would de-age her, which I'm not fond of.

bugger. and the problem with any sort of mind-altering event is that it is, by definition temporary, so you'd still go back to the moping.

I'll def think about it (I'm still filming and got bumped up with someone's firing, so my time continues to shrink away), but tbh I'd appreciate hearing people's thoughts on it.

personally speaking i'd love for Hayley to stick around, but you're also really busy right now. if you feel like you have to lighten your character load to stay sane, that's totally okay.

Also LOL I'd appreciate hearing if people want her around/enjoy playing with her. Mike's def staying and so am I, obv, but not sure with who etc etc.

otherwise, i just thought--maybe a reset, for Hayley? start anew? that way you could potentially drop her while you're busy with work and reapp her when you have more time again.

The problem is that the development is awesome, but losing those people will probs put her in a funk for awhile. That moping would be temporary, whereas a reset would be erasing a year plus of development.

I appreciate the thought, but I personally hate resetting. xD It feels like a waste of hard work.

there's also the possibility of dropping/reapping with slightly faded memories, so she remembers the important parts but is able to get over the funk a little easier

I do love playing with Hayley and I think it would be awesome if you could keep her around somehow!

Sol is QUITE used to silly teenage hormones, so yeah, he'll help in a /headwhap/ 'yes you poor thing you're so put-upon now solve this problem' sort of way

basically put her through some intense lessons so she doesn't have time to sulk

which he could do without prompting if he notices she's disappeared from public view again
