You gotta love my mother. She had just finished telling me how she is going through a pint of ice cream every other day - and then started talking about her upcoming dr. appt. and the bloodwork.
Said she does not understand why her cholesterol is going up so much. She said she may have to cut back to 2% milk but would not go to skim milk. I said - uh Mom - it is probably the ice cream.
She said - why - ice cream doesn't contribute to cholesterol - especially not as much as milk.
