Ok so Im trying out new meds so that I can leave my room and talk to people and I always forget how fucking hard SSRIs hit me when I start out. when im sitting down its like ok, just kinda dizzy and antsy but
then i stand up and its like oh goD WHERE AM I GOING, HOW DO YOU KEEP THE JELLY ON THE SANDWICH AND OFF THE FLOOR.
and now this peanut butter is really really difficult to eat

yeah its not too bad. im just very much in my body but not able to focus. Im only on half the starting dose too. my brain just flips its shit about this stuff
