I've been vegan since November last year, and it's been fine! I was previously vegetarian for 3 years, so phasing in vegan food and then going completely vegan wasn't that hard
I have some useful-
Finding foods that are 'accidentally vegan' is probably easiest, just check the ingredients for allergens: milk or eggs (or it might have like-
as are nairns oatcake biscuit things, pasta is good (apart from fancy egg pasta), marinated tofu is awesome (sold at morrisons) and really nice in curries or stirfries
Also, eating-
