I say yes. I really enjoyed doing Level 1 with my sister, but I was pregnant with the girls at the time and without any chance to practice, I'd need a refresher.

It's another thing that would look awesome on a C.V.

if you taught them what you know/remember of level 1?

I did teach them some! Finger spelling, colours, animals, transport etc.. Not that they can remember most of it.
