LOL. Do you need CRM software? Or something SAP based?
every place I've worked has had their software built ground up.

that's a good question. We looked at Time Fox and Base Camp, but neither of those work so we're looking to test more.
so just for time keeping purposes?

no but that is a part of it. They want to be able to keep track of projects (and time lines), tasks, files, etc.
