[The Musketeers] A question
latest #15
Four episodes in and I still have no idea of why D'Artagnan is still around. At least in the books they explain this stuff right away.
In the books he joins some other regiment that is like a step before Musketeer, which makes sense
And involved in Musketeer business like whoa
I mean seriously how the hell is he even allowed to guard the King when he's nobody
Also how is he making any money
I really hope this gets addressed
While it doesn't take from the show that much (and it's been pretty good so far) it's the little things that bother me
He's a Musketeer in training! He hangs around and tries to prove himself with the musketeers in hopes of earning the Kings commission to
be formally counted as a Musketeer
is this ever mentioned? migth have missed it
in the novel he joins something like a branch unit until he becomes a musketeer
Ummmmm it's never explicitly mentioned that I'm aware of. But I'm fairly certain there are some casual references to trying to get a
commission and then 8 deals with it all entirely
