So happy, we went to bunny "tune up" class and learned so much about how to do things like groom them properly and clean scent glands and all sorts of things.
Just makes me feel far more confident about them having long and happy lives with us.

I was honestly shocked at how much I didn't know... We've had Victor for over a year.. and the poor boy wasn't getting nearly the care he's going to get now! Happy bunnies!
I feel so retroactively neglectful now.
That's kinda how I was feeling... I had no idea he had a mat on his lower abdomen that was HUGE! He never let us look at it before. But it's gone now and he seems happier.
Mine didn't get matted that I remember (less fluffy, for one), but Peter (I know, I know) did get horrible long nails that we didn't know how to trim. I was the only one that could handle them, really....
They aren't the easiest pets... but so wonderful if you can earn their trust!
Still had scratches up and down my forearms for years.
