oh, the keep isn't really on any console persay, it's on the web! you use it to built a tapestry that has all the choices you made in the past games

and then, when DA:I comes out it can transfer over to any system

so people don't have their saves stuck on like, their Xbox 360 if they want to move to PC< stuff like that
