there a way to block someone who spams comments on your posts that have nothing to do with it? They're a fan and I do not like!

Same way you block anyone. Go to their profile, there should be a nice obvious block button.

okay, go to "Friends" from the upper right menu, select the fans tab, you can "remove and block" from there
