I was craving French fries so instead I cut up potatoes, green pepper, celery and threw in my left over rice from lunch added some seasoning

Onion powder, garlic powder, an seasoning salt.

It's not even done yet and it smells so good!

In the frying pan smelling yummy!

Just added some water to create steam and covered!

Me too truthfully. You never know how something will turn out when you're just throwing stuf into the frying pan. Next time though I need to pre fry the potatoes. They are not quite at crispy as iwan
