I love comics culture, but my brain just isn't wired for comics the way most of my friends' brains are.
I keep trying anyway but most of the time it's work and I'm wondering if I should keep trying to have that shared interest.

redconfession: Invincible comics are the exception because I actually love them (along with select things like X-Men First Class), but trying to keep up on new titles/arcs/characters/etc has become exhausting.
I feel like I'm letting people down by not perpetually struggling to keep up. :c I LOVE YOU GUYS.
