Ugh... sleep why do you deny me the right to sleep through the night and give me nightmares in between? That is not a far trade off. 
I did not appreciate finding my baby sister's body in a marsh with her limbs severed above the joints like that. Jeez...
Why can't I sleep? I'm going to try that Nighty Night tea I saw at the store. My therapist recommended it.
