I've been wanting one of those. I wonder how it performs when making smaller quantities of coffee. IIRC, there's a version that comes with a thermal carafe and no warmer plate.

I switch back and forth between pour-over, French press and my imperfect but better-than-average US-made, bought in '97 4-cup KitchenAid. (The new ones are crap.)

I always get distracted with the rest of the breakfast routine and wind up taking too long with the pour-over for best results.

LarryB Yeah, trying to eat breakfast, and take my lunch into work. Put a pour over into the mix, and that was eating up a bit of time.

I really only chose this model because it comes in red though.
