so im going to assume they are just giving me the run around after a month of being employed and the only explanation is "I have to wait to get more hours before you can work"

I feel like he doesnt know how to manage maybe and doesnt know how to tell me that he doesnt need me or something. wish he would though so I dont just sit around waiting
