If he were my goat that I had in roleplay at one point, he WOULD be saying "Hey girl, smile big for me" or worse. He was the biggest ladies man in the village! XD

And no, I don't believe they do but show goats and some owners in general will have them disbudded to prevent them from growing horns which can get caught in fences and what not.
