I love writing her voice.

I've been thinking about what I would play if Lady Red dies and realized I would love to play elements of Jennifer again

I made alot of mistakes with her, mechanically, since she was my first requiem character

and I was fooling around with how to keep the feel of her and my favorite parts, while having a more effective build and useable backstory in MES

Jennifer's too powerful for the MES games, she started with more XP than is avlable to a player of my level

and she traveled too much; the amount of approvals I'd have to get to cover 300+ years of travel would be daughting and I'd need connections because people would remember her

but here are the things I'd want to encorporate from her:

1. the musketeer era fandom and fondness for swords

2. speced out for sword fighting with a fighting style and fighting finese to use dexterity instead of strenght

3. the poetic babbling

4. the endless propping questions into people's personal lives and emotions

things i want to change:

1. NEVER PLAYING A DEAVA AGAIN. their weakness sucks and I don't care about vigor or celerity and I can't play the bloodlines I want anyway because they are way over done right now

2. Not going high humanity. I'm not going to try to lose it, btu I'm not going to try to raise it either

3. don't care at all about majesty. I have it on lady red and I NEVER use it

I'd want to go malkovian but I already have a ventrue in play right now who is going to be malkovian, so I am not allowed to double dip

So I've drafted up a mekhet

with 3 dots of auspex, 3 of obfuscate, 3 for dominate, high intelligence, low resolve/composure, specced for swordfighting, and specced for subterfuge and empathy

intead of the foolishness of Jennifeer, this draft has the feel, but she's much much smarter than she acts

the premise is "The asker of too many questions"

instead of Jennifer's tragic love story and fall from grace, this character has a chronic problem of finding out too much information

so this character asked too many questions, foudn out about vampires and got embraced.

then she asked too many questions, found out ordo secrets, and had to join them

and then she asked too many questions and foudn out PC secrets and got herself torpored

and now she pretend to have a shoddy memory so that people don't consider her a threat
