but I got those frog things you hook on the arms and wrap around the back of your head, and those pull the glasses to tight to my eyes. They end up fogging up because apparently I exude hot steam from my

eyeballs all day :/

Maybe you can go to a local optical store, and have them refit?

these glasses are newish, I can't buy a new pair right now.

Maybe they can bend the side pieces so that they'll stay on better.

they are plastic, so I'm guessing they can't bend them, but yeah, maybe something with the hinge?

they measured me all up and these fit fine for a while, but every day they get looser now, starting a few weeks ago

Even with the plastic they should be able to bend them somewhat...a lot of times they have a little heater that they can use to make the side pieces pliable enough so that they can be tweaked.

yep, that's what I was hoping for.  Something I could stick on the glasses that would help.  I was just having a brain fart and couldn't imagine what

usually with plastic frames they heat the arm bits a little and bend them so they don't fall.

^^^ definitely take them to the optician! my husband gets rayban black plastic frames and he has his optician adjust them with no problems.
