not my gums, but the insides of my cheeks. there's something they put in whitening mouthwash and toothpaste that sort of strips the skin off the inside of the mouth. It happens to more people than you'd think.

i think whats happening with me, i tested this morning and didn't use mouthwash, and its my toothbrush, its a medium bristle , so i think i need a soft one

the skin stripping off in the mouth, i have had that with crest tooth paste, i cant use it

and recently i started oil pulling, gross but your mouth feels super clean after and my teeth look whiter and gums are pinky

well it sounds like it might be linked to the oil pulling. hope you get if figured out and your mouth adjusts
