I always feel bad especially when it's a misinterpret kind of thing, like get a few tags away from it and realize oh that should have gone differently crap

if it's only a tag or two back, you could always ask the person if they'd be okay with backpedaling?

I've had people ask me to do that in the same type of instances and it's never bothered me
